Your sleep setup stays on this device

Sleepward does not require an account, name, date of birth, address, or precise location.

Local browser data

Your wake time, alarm setting, chosen sound, volume, music timer, favorites, latest assessment summary, active session timing and optional morning notes are stored in local storage on this browser. Individual assessment answers remain in session storage while you complete a check.

Messages you choose to send

Contact requires an email address so we can reply. When you use Contact, Sleepward sends your email and message to our service. Feedback sends its type, rating, message and any optional reply email. These submissions are stored securely in Supabase.

We retain a salted, one-way hash derived from your network address for short-term abuse prevention; we do not store the raw address with your submission.

Please do not include medical records, passwords or other sensitive personal information in your message. Contact messages are used to respond to you, and feedback is used to improve Sleepward.

Your choices

Use Clear local data in Settings to remove persistent Sleepward data. Start over removes an assessment's in-progress session answers. Clearing browser storage also removes this data.
