Sleepward does not require an account, name, date of birth, address, or precise location.

Local browser data

Your wake time, alarm setting, chosen sound, volume, music timer, favorites, latest assessment summary, active session timing and optional morning notes are stored in local storage on this browser. Individual assessment answers remain in session storage while you complete a check.

Feedback you choose to send

When you use the Feedback page, Sleepward sends your feedback type, rating, message and any optional reply email to our service. We retain a salted, one-way hash derived from your network address for short-term abuse prevention; we do not store the raw address with your feedback.

Please do not include medical records, passwords or other sensitive personal information in your message. Feedback is used to improve Sleepward and to reply when you provide an email address.

Your choices

Use Clear local data in Settings to remove persistent Sleepward data. Start over removes an assessment's in-progress session answers. Clearing browser storage also removes this data.
